At Brow Babes, we are committed to creating a personalized experience for all of our clients, and as such, we request that all clients consider the below points in our Salon Etiquette guide. Following these helpful tips will enable the Brow Babes team to provide an optimum service for each and every client.
Confirming your appointment
All clients are sent an SMS in the lead up to their appointment. In receipt of this we ask that you confirm your appointment by replying A. If you need to reschedule your appointment we ask that you phone us with at least 24hrs notice so that we can schedule you another appointment.
At Brow Babes we appreciate everyone is time poor and like to be seen for their appointment on time, therefore we respectfully request you arrive on time or before your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be required to reschedule as this will then run into the bookings for the rest of the day. This may also incur a cancellation fee.
If you are pressed for time you are encouraged to notify the Brow Babes team and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstance.
As we are located in a busy part of the CBD it can sometimes be difficult to find a car park. Please keep this in mind when you are planning your trip to your appointment.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays is Rusty’s Market Day and can be the busiest days to find car parking on Grafton street and surrounding streets so please allow extra travel time on these days.
We ask that cancellations are made at least 24hours in advance of your appointment, and are accepted by phone, SMS or by coming in to the salon prior to your appointment.
If you have scheduled or confirmed your appointment and then do not arrive at the appointed time or cancel within 24hrs, Brow Babes may deem it necessary to charge a cancellation fee and you may be required to pre pay for future appointments.
New Clients/Long appointment
All new clients/long appointments are required to pay a 50% deposit for their services to secure the booking. This is done via Credit Card over the phone or in person. Your deposit will be taken off at the end of your service.
Deposits are NOT refundable. We will allow you to transfer your deposit to another scheduled appointment time if 24 hours’ notice is given.
Responsibility of Children
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children be accompanied by an adult at all times, and for safety reasons, do not play on the salon furniture.
Payment for all services and products can be made by cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard, Brow Babes does not accept AMEX or Diners cards as method of payment.
